Senior; HR Human Resources Manager

Overview

HUMAN RESOURCES - HR MANAGER at a non-union manufacturing facility with over 1000 staff. This is a relatively new facility and the company has been growing.

• Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in alignment with manufacturing plant's goals and objectives.
• Manage staffing, onboarding and training programs for employees to ensure they are fully integrated into the plant's culture and operations.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, investigations and oversee workplace conflicts and resolutions.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including job evaluations, salary surveys, and benefits administration.
• Oversee and manage a team of 5 - 10 people (HR Generalists & HR support).

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration.
• 10 or more years of HR experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in non-union environments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Additional pay range information provided by FPC (Fortune Personnel Consultants - Orlando Office).
