Position SummaryHands‑on role will be responsible for assisting in the day‑to‑day operations of the company performing a variety of miscellaneous tasks relevant to a growing entrepreneurial company on a full‑time basis focusing mainly on the following:
Essential Job Functions- Order fulfillment:
Pick and issue parts from inventory for assembly, shop, or sales orders based on Bill of Material or Pick List and ship product to customers using Fed Ex - Ensure all spinal implant surgical sets are complete and approved by Quality before shipping based on Bill of Material and Quality Standard Operating Procedures
- Product receiving:
Receive consigned sets being returning from customers - Verify received set contents and bring back into inventory based on Bill of Materials and Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain in‑house records of all instrument kits by system, contents and packing lists performed by checklist or ERP computer data entry
- Manage ERP transactions, including outbound orders and returned material transactions
- Perform physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping and order fulfillment
- Complete inventory cycle counts
- Multiple other responsibilities and duties as may be beneficial to Nexxt Spine to increase the revenue and profitability of the company
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self‑motivated and able to self‑prioritize
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and act with urgency
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills are a must
- Experience with ERP system preferred
- Experience working in Medical Device and/or other FDA regulated manufacturing environments is a bonus
- Must have a minimum of a High School diploma
- Sitting and standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Hand dexterity for completing spinal implant surgical sets
