Position Summary

Hands‑on role will be responsible for assisting in the day‑to‑day operations of the company performing a variety of miscellaneous tasks relevant to a growing entrepreneurial company on a full‑time basis focusing mainly on the following:

Essential Job Functions
  • Order fulfillment:
    Pick and issue parts from inventory for assembly, shop, or sales orders based on Bill of Material or Pick List and ship product to customers using Fed Ex
  • Ensure all spinal implant surgical sets are complete and approved by Quality before shipping based on Bill of Material and Quality Standard Operating Procedures
  • Product receiving:
    Receive consigned sets being returning from customers
  • Verify received set contents and bring back into inventory based on Bill of Materials and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain in‑house records of all instrument kits by system, contents and packing lists performed by checklist or ERP computer data entry
  • Manage ERP transactions, including outbound orders and returned material transactions
  • Perform physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping and order fulfillment
  • Complete inventory cycle counts
  • Multiple other responsibilities and duties as may be beneficial to Nexxt Spine to increase the revenue and profitability of the company
Qualifications
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self‑motivated and able to self‑prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and act with urgency
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills are a must
  • Experience with ERP system preferred
  • Experience working in Medical Device and/or other FDA regulated manufacturing environments is a bonus
  • Must have a minimum of a High School diploma
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting and standing for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Hand dexterity for completing spinal implant surgical sets
