Living Branch Church in Noblesville, Indiana, is seeking a full-time assistant pastor with an emphasis on youth ministry who is ordainable in the PCA.
About Living Branch ChurchLiving Branch Church began public worship in August 2017 as a church plant of Crossroads Community Church in Fishers, IN. It is a church of approximately 85 people, including over 20 teenagers. The church meets on Sundays at Legacy Christian School and in members' homes for Bible studies. It was officially recognized in December 2020, has three ruling elders, and three part-time staff members.
The church is pastored by Keith Doane and values a close-knit community and generous givers.

Position DetailsThe Assistant Pastor will serve full-time, focusing on youth ministry, and must be ordained or ordainable within the PCA. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's needs and the church's resources.
Personal Qualifications- Maintain a close relationship with Jesus Christ through prayer and Scripture.
- Obey the Biblical requirements for elders (1 Timothy
3). - Care for family and not neglect them due to pastoral duties.
- Engage in ongoing spiritual growth and theological education.
- Maintain accountability and mentorship relationships.
- Pray regularly for the congregation and its members.
Gifting and desire in youth ministry and preaching are essential.
- Lead the Youth Ministry Team, working with volunteers to deepen discipleship and expand outreach.
- Manage bi-weekly Bible studies with over 20 students in grades 6-12 and organize retreats.
- Develop vision and growth for the youth ministry.
- Meet regularly with the Senior Pastor or elders for oversight.
- Preach 10-12 times annually.
- Assist in leading worship elements like call to worship, prayers, and communion.
- Help organize Sunday setup (greeters, chairs, etc.).
- Outreach, Pastoral Care, Social Media, Adult Discipleship, Men’s Ministry, Music Ministry.
- Pursue personal and professional growth.
- Attend presbytery and prayer meetings (quarterly and monthly).
- Participate in session and staff meetings.
- Enjoy 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks of study leave annually.
