ResponsibilitiesThe Ambulatory Triage Registered Nurse functions as a member of the Noblesville Family Medicine Care team, performing duties such as phone triage, patient education, scheduling appointments, prior authorizations, prescription refills, referrals, and care coordination. The position may move to a hybrid schedule. The nurse will work onsite in the office located on the north side in Noblesville, Indiana.
Qualifications- Graduate of an NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA‑accredited nursing school, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Indiana license listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Three years or more of nursing experience required.
- Previous medical office/outpatient experience preferred.
- Phone triage experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, caring, accountable, and self‑directed.
- EPIC experience a plus.
