• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy by following all provided instructions.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and consistently deliver above‑average project compliance.
• Have detailed knowledge of all company policies.
• Communicate daily with the Territory Sales Lead on all activities, sales opportunities, and any potential barriers, and keep the Market Sales Manager informed.
• Use handheld device functions consistently and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 35 lbs frequently, and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Work may involve sitting, standing, or walking, with frequent fine hand manipulation and upper/lower body mobility.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Automobile liability insurance required.
• Must have access to a computer, internet, and email.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Rate of Pay: $17.00 per hour.
