Here, we focus on quality work, ethical principles, and building relationships with our community of clients. Our goal is to become a trusted partner to our customers: anytime they need help, they can rely on us to take good care of them and their homes.

We were founded on the idea that customers should be treated fairly, not preyed upon in their darkest times. As a craftsman, you can focus on your craft and the customer without worrying about sales pressures. We are committed to growing trust in our community and maintaining the sacred trust as plumbers, avoiding exploitation by large corporations.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team! If you are licensed, committed to quality, a team player comfortable working independently, and take pride in completing jobs efficiently, we want to hear from you!

A positive, coachable mindset is a must!

In this role, you will perform diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light commercial environments. We will ensure you feel comfortable with the team and expectations before working independently, even if you bring deep skills.

We are also open to interviewing candidates with some prior experience in a skilled trade who may not yet have their plumbing license. We are a Department of Labor sponsor for Mechanical Skills and can assist with tuition to complete licensing, providing mentorship and industry expertise. Conditions for the training program apply in compliance with DOL; details will be discussed at the interview.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment.

  • Plan plumbing layouts using drawings.
  • Perform maintenance on water supply systems.
