RN Emergency Room Full Time Nights

Join the Carondelet Health Network as an RN Emergency Room Full Time Night shift. We are looking for a dedicated nurse to provide direct patient care in the emergency department during night hours.

Bonus: Up to $15,000 bonus based on eligibility.
Travel stipend: $60 per day for those traveling >60 miles one way to Holy Cross.

Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient’s discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
• Assesses patient information (physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, life‑style factors).
• Establishes daily goals with patient and family.
• Formulates plan of care, transitions, or discharge planning.
• Ensures patient safety, medication administration, provision of ordered treatments, patient/family education, and documentation in the healthcare record.
• Evaluates patient status, effectiveness of care, and modifies care plan as needed.
• Delegation, supervision, prioritization.

• License
  
  Required:
  
  Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license with ability to become Arizona licensed in 30 days.
• Certification
  
  Required:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association.
• Certification Preferred:
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).

  Education:
  
  Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Preferred Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
