We’re looking for a visionary nursing leader to oversee Women & Infants Services, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn care. In this role, you’ll balance administrative leadership with staffing support, typically working five 8-hour shifts per week. Your leadership will shape the patient experience, support your team’s growth, and ensure the highest standards of maternal and newborn care.

• Lead and inspire the nursing team in Women & Infants Services.
• Ensure quality care, patient satisfaction, and compliance with all regulations.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource management.
• Support professional growth and team engagement.
• Drive productivity and cost‑effective practices without compromising care.

• Current Arizona RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of Labor & Delivery experience, plus 1+ year of healthcare supervisory experience.

• Competitive salary starting at $100,000+, based on experience and certifications.
• Up to $25K bonus based on eligibility.
