• Implement and monitor patient care plans, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate, and serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Assess patients using a systematic, dynamic approach that includes physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
• Initial assessment, re‑assessment, and focused assessment based on patient condition, setting, and population.
• Identify problems based on clinical judgment, and collaborate on short‑ and long‑term measurable goals.
• Establish daily goals with patient and family, formulate a plan of care, and coordinate transition or discharge planning.
• Implement nursing care per the care plan, ensuring continuity of care during hospitalization and prior to discharge.
• Document patient safety, medication administration, ordered treatments, patient/family education, and general nursing care in the health‑care record.
• Continuously evaluate patient status and effectiveness of nursing care, modifying the care plan as needed.
• Coordinate actions with patients, families, and healthcare team members to manage the sequence, timing, and effectiveness of care from admission to discharge.
• Delegate, supervise, and prioritize nursing tasks.

• Travel stipend of $60 per day for travel over 60 miles one‑way to Holy Cross.
• Up to $10,000 bonus based on eligibility.

• Education:
  
  Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• License and
  
  Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association.
• Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license with ability to become Arizona‑licensed within 30 days.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Certifications:
  
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or other relevant certifications.
