We're looking for a true 'hunter' to build a book of business in one of the most explosive logistics corridors in North America:
the US/Mexico border.
The "nearshoring" trend isn't just a buzzword; it's a massive economic shift. Manufacturing is flooding into Sonora and Sinaloa, and those companies are desperate for a supply chain that isn't broken.
That's what you're selling. Amado Trucking provides a true, asset-based, door-to-door service between SoCal and Northwest Mexico. For our customers, this means:
- Velocity: They get their components and finished goods faster.
- Security: They reduce risk with a single, trusted carrier.
- Transparency: They actually know where their freight is.
You won't be selling a "nice to have." You'll be selling a core strategic advantage. If you're a challenger salesperson who wants autonomy, a red-hot territory, and the ability to build a pipeline you truly own, this is it. If you need a long ramp-up and a list of warm leads, this isn't for you.
What You'll Do (The Outcomes)- Own the Full Cycle: You will hunt, prospect, and close new manufacturing and maquiladora accounts in your territory.
- Build a High-Value Pipeline: You’ll identify and build relationships with shippers who value security and velocity over the cheapest possible rate.
- Challenge the Status Quo: You will confidently probe a prospect's supply chain, find their hidden pains, and show them how our door-to-door model solves problems they didn't even know they had.
- Crush Your Quota: You will manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently close the business you've hunted.
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience is non-negotiable.
- You MUST have experience in the logistics and border transportation industry. You need to speak the language of freight, customs, and supply chains from day one.
- You are a 'Hunter' by Nature. You thrive on prospecting, you're not afraid of the phone, and you love the thrill of building something from scratch.
- You're a 'Challenger.' You're resilient, naturally curious, and not afraid to push back on a prospect to show them a better way.
- You're Incredibly Organized. You know how to manage a CRM and a sales process without being micromanaged. This is a high-autonomy role.
- Nice-to-Have: Direct experience selling into the maquiladora industry.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: We offer a competitive $50,000 - $75,000 base salary plus a lucrative, uncapped commission structure built for a hunter.
