Sales and Purchasing Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Purchasing Representative based in Nogales, AZ. The representative will be responsible for both buying and selling produce, managing purchase orders, negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers, and coordinating sales to customers.

The role requires daily communication with growers, shippers, and customers to align supply with demand, manage inventory flow, and respond to market changes. The representative will also work closely with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate order execution, documentation, and timely deliveries. Building and maintaining strong relationships on both the purchasing and sales side is critical to success in this role.

• Experience managing purchase orders and overseeing purchasing processes
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and customers
• Solid understanding of produce sales, pricing, and market dynamics
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-management skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Nogales, AZ
• Proficiency with iSolve system in the areas of sales, purchasing, and inventory
• Proficiency in Microsoft environment (e.g., Excel, SharePoint,
• Prior experience in produce sales, produce purchasing, or brokerage is a strong plus
• Understanding of seasonality, grower relationships, and cross-border produce flow is an advantage
