We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper for our export house. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably within an export or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
- Manage invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
- Assist with GST, export documentation, and compliance records
- Coordinate with auditors and finance teams as required
- Travel to factories and government departments when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with Tally software is a must
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Willingness to travel as part of the job
Good to Have (Preferred):
- Experience with Indian regulations
- Basic knowledge of VAT / GST
