Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive having prior experience in accounting and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Accounting, TDS, GST and functional knowledge of MS Excel. Candidates with prior experience in a CA firm will be given preference.

Key

Roles & Responsibilities

- Record and manage all financial transactions in Zoho
- Create and manage purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes in Zoho
- Reconcile bank feeds and manage automated bank reconciliation in Zoho
- Manage Vendor Master Data in Zoho
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities within Zoho
- Maintain document attachments and audit trails in the system
- Preparation of TDS reconciliation for audit purposes
- Preparation of GST Reconciliation between books and GST portal

Required Skills &

Competencies:

- Good knowledge of accounting entries and book-keeping
- Basic understanding of TDS and GST calculation
- Good in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Familiarity with Zoho Books

- Good analytical and reconciliation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in Commerce or related field
- Experience working in a CA firm will be an added advantage
