The Member – Founder’s Office role is an early-career opportunity designed for high-potential graduates or post-graduates who wish to gain deep exposure to leadership, strategy, and execution in an education-focused organisation.
Working closely with the Founder's, the role supports planning, coordination, research, communication, and execution of key initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals who are structured, curious, and keen to build a strong foundation in leadership and organisational operations.
Key Responsibilities
Founder’s Office & Strategic Support
- Support day-to-day activities of the Founder’s Office, including planning and coordination
- Assist in preparing presentations, concept notes, proposals, and briefing documents
- Help track priorities, timelines, and follow-ups across leadership-led initiatives
Project Coordination & Execution
- Support execution of projects related to school programs, student initiatives, events, and partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain trackers, schedules, and basic documentation for ongoing initiatives
Research & Documentation
- Conduct research related to education trends, career pathways, schools, and partnerships
- Assist in creating reports, summaries, and internal documents
- Support documentation for programs, pilots, and new initiatives
Communication & Stakeholder Support
- Draft professional emails, meeting notes, and internal updates
- Support coordination with schools, partners, mentors, and collaborators
- Ensure follow-ups and action points are closed in a timely manner
Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a structured manner
- Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate or post-graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience post Graduation / Post-Graduation
- Internships, live projects, volunteering, or leadership roles during studies will be an advantage
- Interest in education, career guidance, or youth development preferred
