Merchandiser, Creative Arts​/Media

Blosky is hiring a hybrid Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser to bridge our two business divisions: our Retail Brand and our Production/Export House. You will handle everything from creative trend research and sketch design to factory costing, sourcing, and on-time production tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Sampling:
Research trends, create digital tech packs/CADs, and coordinate with sample tailors to develop retail and buyer-specific collections.
Production Merchandising:
Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle from sample approval to final dispatch for the production house.
Costing & Sourcing:
Calculate garment costing (fabric, trims, CMT) and source raw materials while maintaining target profit margins.
TNA Management:
Maintain strict Time & Action (T&A) calendars to ensure production lots meet delivery deadlines without compromising quality.
Key Requirements
2–4 years of experience in an export house, buying house, or apparel retail brand.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Corel

DRAW (for design) and MS Excel (for costing and trackers).
Deep knowledge of fabric sourcing, garment construction, and production timelines.
Strong communication skills to manage both creative teams and factory floors.
