Sr. Motion Graphics & Video Editor / Motion Graphics Expert / Team Lead – Motion Graphics
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Motion Graphics & Video Editor to produce high-impact visual content across digital platforms.
This role involves end-to-end video production, including shooting, editing, motion graphics, and podcast/video content creation for brand, marketing, social media, and leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, You Tube), marketing campaigns, and leadership content
Manage the complete production workflow from raw footage to final output, including editing, pacing, sound design, transitions, and color grading
Motion Graphics & Animation
Design and develop motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated elements
Create engaging visual storytelling formats for reels, explainers, and short-form content
Live Shoot & Production
Plan and execute video shoots (in-house and on-location)
Handle camera setups, framing, and production logistics
Ensure high-quality output during events, interviews, and leadership shoots
Lighting & Audio Expertise
Apply strong understanding of lighting techniques (key, fill, backlight, studio lighting)
Manage audio quality, including microphone setup, noise control, and clarity
Maintain professional standards for both video and sound output
Podcast & Long-Form Content
Shoot and edit podcasts, interviews, and long-form video content
Manage multi-camera setups and ensure proper audio-video synchronization
Create short-form content from long-form videos
Social Media Alignment
Develop platform-optimized content, especially for Linked In and Instagram
Stay updated with the latest video trends, formats, and storytelling styles
Collaboration & Ownership
Work closely with social media, content, and marketing teams
Take ownership of timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
Brand Consistency
Ensure consistency in visual identity, typography, color grading, and motion design across all content
AI Tools (Good to Have)
Basic familiarity with AI tools for editing support, such as captioning and workflow enhancement
Requirements
Experience:
4–8 years in video editing, motion graphics, and video production
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing:
Short-form and long-form video content
Motion graphics and animation
Podcast or interview-based projects
Tools & Skills
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects (mandatory)
Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
Audio tools such as Adobe Audition or equivalent
Good to Have
Experience in B2B, Technology, SaaS, Cloud, or Data Center domains
Experience in event shoots and live coverage
Basic camera handling and production setup knowledge
