Program Coordinator
Location – Maharashtra, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan
Position Overview:
The Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the implementation, monitoring, and supporting Sampark’s education programs at the ground level. This role requires passion, perseverance, and the ability to work closely with teachers, schools, and government officials to bring visible transformation into the classrooms.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Postgraduate in any field, preferably in Social Work, with a passion for improving government school education.
Fresh Postgraduates with enthusiasm to learn and work at the grassroots level are welcome.
Strong command over Hindi and for Maharashtra, fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
Prior experience in the education or development sector is an advantage.
Must be tech-savvy, with the ability to use and integrate technology effectively uld have your own bike and laptop and be ready for extensive travel.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
High energy, self-motivation, and a strong commitment to creating large-scale social impact.

Full-Time
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm (2nd Saturday Off)
