Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Educational Consultant will interact with prospective clients to provide guidance on professional certification programs and training options. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, advising on suitable certifications, communicating course benefits, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive enrollment experience. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and maintaining expertise in educational consulting practices to support clients effectively.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and a strong understanding of education systems
- Experience in Consulting and providing tailored recommendations to clients
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
- Customer Service experience with a focus on building positive relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage client interactions in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with global training programs, certifications, and market trends is beneficial
