Job description of Lead Generation Marketing Manager

Role
Summary:
We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads through targeted digital and outbound channels. This is a target-based role with a strong focus on regional, account-based, and persona-driven lead generation for SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, Linked In advertising, outbound calling, database acquisition, and lead enrichment, preferably in a SaaS or product-based organization.
Key responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Execute targeted lead generation campaigns focused on specific regions, industries, organizations, and buyer personas
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through digital and outbound channels
- Work closely with Sales to align lead quality, ICPs, and conversion goals
Digital & Outbound Channels
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (cold & nurture)
- Run Linked In Ads and Linked In outbound campaigns (Sales Navigator, Sponsored Ads, InMail)
- Support outbound calling initiatives for lead qualification and follow-ups
- Manage multi-touch outreach sequences across channels
Tools & Platforms
- Use lead generation and enrichment tools such as Apollo.io, Zoom Info, Lusha, Clear bit, Seamless.ai, or similar
- Build, clean, and manage targeted prospect databases
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with outreach best practices
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns
- Track campaign performance and continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and channels
- Conduct A/B testing on email content, subject lines, CTAs, and ad creatives
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report lead generation metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain dashboards for pipeline contribution and ROI
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Must have:
- 8- 10 years of experience in B2B lead generation or demand generation
- Proven experience in target-based lead generation roles
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io or similar lead gen platforms
- Strong experience in email outreach, Linked In campaigns, and outbound calling
- Experience in database acquisition and segmentation
- Excellent understanding of buyer personas and ICP-based targeting
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good to have
- Experience in SaaS or product-based companies
- Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.)
- Experience with ABM strategies
- Familiarity with global outreach and regional targeting (US, EMEA, APAC)
