The International Training Coordinator will join the Corporate Academy team to ensure the coordination, deployment and administration of international training program across Sopra Steria Group. Thanks to a strong expertise on C2L, the Group Learning Management System, she/he delivers training programs with a specific attention to learning experience, advise learning actors and provide technical support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
The Training Coordinator will activate all levers to ensure successful deployment of the international training offer :
Using the Learning Management System (Click2
Learn), perform all tasks necessary to the following business processes: coordinate, schedule, manage logistics for training sessions (virtual, classroom and blended curriculum).
Monitor registration, completion and closing of sessions to provide relevant training data that are required to produce key indicators.
Support communication with training managers (new session, calendar, evaluation, feedback).
Collaborate with trainers to ensure smooth delivery.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within Learning & Development community.
In addition, the Training Coordinator will provide Level 2 support to ensure the successful resolution of incidents encountered by Group employees within the LMS . Working alongside the Group's Click2
Learn expert, her/his contribution and mastery of the solution will be essential to provide timely and satisfactory responses and ensure a positive learning experience:
Process assigned tickets.
Where applicable, track incident resolution, monitor processing times, and communicate.
Escalate and prioritize critical incidents.
Total Experience Expected: 03-07 years
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with international stakeholders and work on cross-cultural environment.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
Proficient with tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, translation tool). Hands-on experience with Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) would be a plus.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering seamless learning experiences through effective system and process management.
