Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Noida West for an Admissions Counsellor (Sales). This role is highly sales-driven and focused on identifying, engaging, and converting prospective students into successful enrolments.

The Admissions Counsellor will be responsible for proactively sourcing potential students through various channels, pitching the college’s programs, and guiding prospects throughout the admissions journey. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting follow-ups, counselling students and parents, arranging and managing campus visits, addressing queries, and converting inquiries into confirmed admissions. The role requires achieving monthly enrolment targets while delivering a supportive and informative experience to students.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and conversion
- Ability to identify potential students and effectively pitch academic programs
- Customer-focused approach with strong counselling abilities
- Understanding of the education sector and admissions process
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
