Position Overview
We're seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Expert who can identify, connect with, and convert high-quality prospects into clients for our software development and digital services. If you're tired of traditional cold outreach and know how to find businesses that actually need web, app, and custom software solutions — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify high-quality B2B leads actively seeking web development, app development, UI/UX design, and digital transformation services
- Build targeted prospect lists focusing on decision-makers (CTOs, Product Managers, CMOs, Founders) in Fin Tech, Health Tech, SaaS, E-commerce, and Real Estate industries
- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (Linked In, email, cold calling, networking events)
- Convert cold prospects into warm, ready-to-convert leads through strategic engagement
Campaign Management
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns that deliver consistent monthly results
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs (response rate, conversion rate, qualified leads)
- A/B test messaging, outreach sequences, and targeting strategies
- Maintain detailed CRM records and pipeline visibility
Market Research & Strategy
- Research target industries and identify emerging opportunities for Noseberry's services
- Stay updated on digital transformation trends, software development needs, and market demands
- Develop ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas
- Provide insights to refine positioning and messaging strategies
✅ Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for software development, digital agencies, or IT services
- Demonstrated track record of generating qualified leads and meeting/exceeding monthly targets
- Expert-level proficiency in Linked In Sales Navigator and Linked In outreach strategies
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and tech industry
- Experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
