IMS Noida (Institute of Management Studies)  is a well-known private educational institution in NCR, established in 1998, offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Management, IT,  Mass Communication , and  Law , focusing on industry-relevant skills, practical learning, and global exposure through collaborations, known for its PGDM courses and facilities like moot courts, tech labs, and a vibrant campus with placements for its students.

We are looking for a  dedicated and academically driven Assistant Professor – Law  to join our institution and contribute to quality legal education, research, and student development.

Key Responsibilities
Teach core and elective  Law subjects  at UG/PG levels
Prepare course plans, case studies, assessments, and evaluations
Engage in  legal research  and publish in reputed journals/law reviews
Guide students in research projects, dissertations, moot courts, and internships
Participate in curriculum development, examinations, and academic planning
Mentor students for academic, career, and professional growth
Contribute to institutional, accreditation, and academic activities

Qualifications & Experience
LL.M.  with minimum  55% marks  from a recognized university  (only 2 years degree accepted)
NET / Ph.D. in Law  preferred (as per UGC norms)
Teaching, research, or legal practice experience will be an advantage

Skills
Strong subject knowledge and academic orientation
Effective teaching, communication, and research skills
Ability to blend legal theory with practical exposure
