We are looking for an Associate Operation Malayalam to support academic operations through effective interdepartmental coordination, planner creation, and faculty management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between academic and operational teams while maintaining accurate data and resolving queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate between academic, operational, and faculty teams.
Prepare and manage academic planners for batches and series.
Maintain accurate faculty and batch data using Excel and Google Sheets.
Resolve academic queries from the operations team promptly.
Track academic progress and ensure planner adherence.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to provide instant resolutions to academic or operational queries.
Preferred
Prior experience in academic coordination or educational operations.
