THE ROLE
Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is India’s leading K–12 experiential Ed-tech company building industrial-grade STEAM skill labs and hands-on learning kits. We are looking for a Robotics Curriculum Developer to design and build hands-on, future-ready robotics learning experiences for K–12 students. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex engineering concepts into engaging, build-based learning and believes robotics should be experienced, not just taught.
You will work closely with our R&D, Training and Product teams to create curricula that power Aero Bay Labs, DIY robotics kits and competitions like the World Skill Challenge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design grade-wise robotics curriculum aligned with STEAM concepts, NEP 2020 and experiential learning
Develop session plans, manuals, worksheets and assessments for robotics topics
Create content for hands-on kits (motors, sensors, controllers, basic electronics, mechanics)
Translate real-world robotics applications into age-appropriate learning modules
Collaborate with trainers to ensure classroom usability and clarity
Iterate and improve content based on-field feedback from schools and labs
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualification – graduation, 1+ year experience in robotics curriculum development/robotics training
Strong understanding of basic robotics concepts - mechanisms, motors, sensors
Ability to simplify technical concepts for school-level learners
Hands-on mindset — comfortable with prototyping, testing and kit-based learning
Good documentation and communication skills
Passion for education, innovation and future technologies
