A successful Admission Profiler excels in initiating contact with potential leads, thoroughly qualifying them, and cultivating genuine interest and necessity in upGrad’s programs and offerings. As an Admission Profiler you will serve as the vital link between upGrad’s potential learners and our Admission Counsellors. Your primary objective is to establish a meaningful connection with the learner, understand their requirements, and effectively arrange Video Counselling [VC] sessions with our Admission Counsellors.
Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dynamic Study Abroad Counsellors (L1 – Pre-Sales Profile) to guide students in achieving their Study Abroad goals. The role involves providing expert advice on global education opportunities, assisting students through the application process, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on Study Abroad options for global universities.
- Assist with university selection, applications, visa processes, and interview preparation.
- Provide information on scholarships, financial planning, and university offerings.
- Maintain student records and follow up on application progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads and drive enrollments.
