Role Overview   We are looking for an   Admissions Counselor   who can guide prospective learners, understand their goals, and help them choose the right programs. This is a   target-driven sales role   that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and follow-up discipline.

Key Responsibilities    Handle inbound & outbound leads via calls, Whats App, and emails
Counsel students/professionals about courses and career pathways
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
Convert qualified leads into enrollments
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM
Meet daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
Coordinate with academic and operations teams when required

Who We’re Looking For    Graduate or final-year student (any stream)
Fresher or candidates with  0–2 years of sales / admissions experience
Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
Comfortable with targets and follow-ups
Interest in education, psychology, or counseling is a plus
Willing to work full-time from office in Noida
