Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that equip our sales team with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to achieve business goals. The Sales Trainer will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of new hires as well as existing sales professionals through structured training sessions, workshops, and coaching. Key

Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: o Conduct onboarding programs for new sales hires. o Facilitate training sessions (classroom, virtual, or field-based) to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills. o Deliver refresher training to enhance performance of existing team members.

• Content Development & Design: o Develop training materials, modules, and sales playbooks aligned with company objectives. o Update and customize training content based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and internal feedback.

• Coaching & Mentoring: o Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives. o Conduct role-plays, simulations, and practical exercises to boost selling confidence. o Track and support underperforming team members with targeted interventions.

• Performance Evaluation: o Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and sales performance metrics. o Provide reports and insights on skill gaps and recommend solutions.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: o Partner with Sales Leadership to identify training needs. o Work with product and marketing teams to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.

Required Skills &

Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and consultative selling.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to design engaging training modules and materials.

• Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.

• Analytical mindset to evaluate training outcomes and sales performance.

• Prior experience of working in education or ed-tech companies is beneficial

• Proficient in MS Office, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools.
