The Trainer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-impact live training sessions at the Suraasa Training & Development Center. This position involves assisting the lead Suraasa Trainer during scheduled live sessions (typically once a month) and ensuring seamless execution of training activities.
The role focuses on guiding teacher-learners, maintaining engagement, supporting
technology integration, and upholding training quality standards to ensure an effective and
enriching learning experience.
Location:
Mumbai, Noida, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.

Freelance
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Suraasa Trainer during live, online training sessions conducted at the training center
- Support teacher-learners by clarifying instructions, addressing queries, and facilitating discussions
- Help manage classroom dynamics to promote active participation and learner engagement
- Provide hands-on technical support related to digital tools, LMS platforms, and session technologies
- Observe learner progress and share structured feedback and observations with the lead Trainer/Professor
- Ensure training delivery aligns with defined quality standards and program objectives
- Support session coordination, including attendance tracking, distribution of materials, and maintaining session flow
Essential Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools for hybrid and online learning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage adult learners
- Sound understanding of major Indian and international education boards, including: CBSE, ICSE / ISC, IB, Cambridge, NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a live training environment
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Education (M.Ed. or M.A. in Education)
- Minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree
Experience
- Prior experience in delivering or supporting professional development programs for teachers
- Experience assisting in live training sessions, workshops, or teacher training initiatives (preferred)
