Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor located in Noida. The Educational Counselor will work closely with students to provide educational guidance, career counseling, and support to enhance their academic and personal growth. Responsibilities include assessing student needs, planning appropriate strategies for their career development, and addressing individual learning challenges. Additionally, the role involves communicating with students and their families to offer comprehensive counseling services and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Career Counseling to guide students in making informed academic and career choices
Strong Student Counseling and Communication skills to provide personalized support and develop effective relationships with students
A solid foundation in Education, with the ability to design and implement strategies for academic success
Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Previous experience in counseling or education-related roles is an advantage
