Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about the institute's programs, and responding to inquiries via multiple communication channels. The role includes delivering excellent customer service, engaging with prospective applicants through in-person interactions, and supporting recruitment initiatives to meet admissions goals.
Counselors will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance admission strategies and maintain accurate student records.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication
Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service and consultative support
Knowledge of Sales strategies and the ability to effectively present educational programs to prospective students
Understanding of the Education sector, including degree programs and career pathways
Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, and familiarity with student management systems
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a Master’s degree or prior experience in admissions or education counseling is a plus
Familiarity with the educational landscape and academic aspirations of students in India is highly desirable
