Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced  Fitness Faculty with proven expertise in teaching ACE (American Council on Exercise) curriculum and certification programs . The ideal candidate should have extensive experience training students for ACE exams while simultaneously preparing them for real-world gym-floor responsibilities.
The candidate will play a critical role in transforming students into industry-ready Personal Trainers through a combination of classroom teaching, practical workshops, assessments, and gym-floor simulations.

Key Responsibilities
ACE Curriculum Training
Deliver comprehensive training for  ACE Personal Trainer Certification  curriculum.
Teach all ACE modules including:
Exercise Science
Functional Anatomy
Human Movement Science
Nutrition Fundamentals
Program Design
Client Assessment
Behaviour Change Coaching
Risk Stratification
Exercise Programming
Special Population Training
Prepare students for successful ACE certification examination.
Conduct regular ACE mock tests, assignments, and assessments.
Track student progress and improve certification pass rates.
Personal Trainer Development
Train students to become professional, floor-ready Personal Trainers.
Conduct practical gym-floor training and exercise demonstrations.
Teach client consultation and fitness assessment procedures.
Train students in workout programming for:
Fat Loss
Muscle Gain
Strength Development
Functional Fitness
General Health & Wellness
Develop communication, sales, and client-retention skills required for Personal Trainers.
Practical & Industry Training
Conduct live practical sessions on gym equipment and exercise execution.
Teach spotting techniques and exercise modifications.
Train students on posture correction and injury prevention.
Conduct role-play sessions for real-life client scenarios.
Ensure students are confident in handling gym members independently.
Content & Curriculum Enhancement
Assist in updating academy curriculum as per industry trends.
Develop training presentations, practical manuals, worksheets, and learning materials.
Create educational content aligned with ACE standards and fitness industry requirements.
Student Mentorship & Placement
Mentor students throughout their learning journey.
Conduct interview preparation and placement readiness sessions.
Support academy placement initiatives.
Help students build professional fitness careers.

Mandatory Requirements
Must Have
Minimum  3–5 years of experience teaching ACE curriculum .
Proven experience preparing students for ACE certification exams.
Strong understanding of ACE learning methodology and coaching principles.
Experience conducting classroom and practical fitness education programs.
Demonstrated success in improving student certification pass rates.
Preferred Certifications
ACE Certified Personal Trainer (Mandatory)
ACE Health Coach (Preferred)
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
ACSM
ISSA
NSCA
K11 Certifications

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physiotherapy, or related field preferred.
Relevant fitness certifications mandatory.
