About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through our Study Abroad Pathways Program offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding study abroad pathway programs, university progression options, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, Whats App, and virtual/in-person meetings.
Understand student profiles and recommend suitable pathway programs based on academic background, budget, and career aspirations.
Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively communicating program benefits and addressing objections.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture prospects throughout the decision-making process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
Update and manage lead information accurately in CRM systems.
Coordinate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
Participate in education fairs, webinars, school visits, and promotional events.
Stay updated on destination countries, partner universities, visa processes, and market trends.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in education counseling, study abroad consulting, admissions, or sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
