Role Description
The Education Counsellor role at IMTS Institute is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. The Education Counsellor will guide and support prospective students in selecting suitable educational and career pathways by assessing their individual needs and aspirations. Responsibilities include offering educational consulting, providing personalized course recommendations, conducting career counseling sessions, and maintaining productive communication with students and potential enrollees. The counselor will also contribute to overall student satisfaction and engagement by ensuring effective support throughout the enrollment process.
Qualifications
Expertise in Educational Consulting and Education-related advisory roles
Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to provide personalized guidance
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain options clearly and connect with diverse learners
Proven ability to effectively handle inquiries and provide solutions in a professional manner
Proficiency in managing student databases and tracking progress during the guidance process
Experience in the education sector or related fields is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
