Role Overview :
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative / Academic Counsellor with at least 2 years of experience in selling MBA, BBA, or BCom programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert student leads into admissions through structured counselling and follow-up.
This role is best suited for someone who understands the higher education sales cycle, can build trust quickly with students and parents, and is comfortable driving closures in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
• Counsel prospective students and guide them on MBA, BBA, and BCom programs
• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through multiple channels
• Understand student requirements and recommend the right program fit
• Drive the full sales cycle from first contact to admission closure
• Conduct follow-ups with students and parents to improve conversion
• Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up notes, and pipeline updates in CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Deliver a high-quality counselling experience through strong communication and relationship-building
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and admission processing
