Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Rancho Labs Noida Centre.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth centre functioning, delivering an excellent parent and student experience, managing instructors and schedules, tracking operational KPIs, and driving overall centre performance.
This role requires strong operational management, communication skills, team coordination, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Centre Operations Management
Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the centre
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, infrastructure, and operational efficiency
Ensure classrooms, kits, and learning materials are properly maintained
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, and technical support
2. Parent & Student Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for parents and students at the centre
Handle parent queries, feedback, and escalations professionally
Ensure high customer satisfaction and a strong student learning experience
Conduct regular follow-ups with inactive or paused students
3. Instructor Scheduling & Team Coordination
Prepare and manage instructor schedules and classroom allocations
Ensure classes are conducted on time and according to academic standards
Coordinate with instructors regarding attendance, curriculum progress, and student feedback
Monitor instructor performance and classroom delivery quality
4. KPI Tracking & Reporting
Track and maintain key centre metrics including student enrollments, active students, retention rates, student pauses and exits, instructor utilization, class occupancy, and revenue performance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Identify operational gaps and implement improvement plans
5. Events & Convocation Management
Plan and execute centre-level events, workshops, competitions, demo days, and convocations
Coordinate with parents, students, instructors, and vendors for event execution
Ensure high-quality event experience and smooth coordination
6. Admissions & Sales Support
Support counselling and conversion of walk-in leads and trial students
Assist the admissions team in achieving centre enrollment targets
Ensure proper follow-up and lead management at the centre level

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, Education, or related field
2 to 5 years of experience in operations, centre management, education management, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in ed-tech, education centres, training institutes, or franchised operations
Experience managing events, customer relationships, and operational KPIs
Understanding of student engagement and retention management
