Academic Counsellor

As an Academic Counsellor at our Social Recruit company, you will be responsible for guiding students through the academic and career planning process. Your knowledge of sales and inside sales will be crucial in helping students make informed decisions about their education and future opportunities. Effective communication skills are a must, as you will be interacting with students, parents, and academic institutions on a daily basis.

Your proficiency in spoken English will allow you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance to students on academic programs, course selection, and career paths.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student needs and goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with academic institutions to stay informed about program offerings and requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote academic programs and recruit new students.
Assist students in completing applications, financial aid forms, and other necessary paperwork.
Track and report on student progress and success rates to measure the effectiveness of counselling services.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in academic advising to continually improve services offered to students.
