About the Role  We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor Intern to support the admissions team in handling student inquiries, counseling prospective students, and assisting in the admission process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in the education industry.

Key Responsibilities   Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions.
Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
Maintain student data and update records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions team for daily reporting and targets.
Support promotional activities, events, and student engagement campaigns.
Resolve basic student queries professionally and politely.
Required Skills   Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Confident and presentable personality.
Ability to convince and interact with students effectively.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Eligibility Criteria   Graduate / Pursuing Graduation in any stream.
Freshers can apply.
Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, or customer support will be an added advantage.
