Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Trainer specializing in the Financial Domain specifically wealth management. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, designing training programs, mentoring participants on financial concepts, and ensuring clear understanding through various teaching methodologies. Additionally, the Trainer will develop training materials, evaluate learning outcomes, and stay updated with the latest industry trends to provide effective and relevant financial training.

Preferred Profile:

• Professionals with 7–8 years of experience as Investment Advisor / Wealth Manager / Financial Advisor

• Prior training experience along with industry exposure will be an added advantage

• CFP certified professionals will be preferred

• Strong financial product knowledge

Role Expectations:

* Conduct training sessions for batches of 20–25 participants

* Take regular assessments and evaluations

* Duration: 3 Months

Monday to Friday + 1st & 3rd Saturday

* Training

Hours:

6 hours per day

* Nature of Assignment:
Contractual can be extended
