Soft Skills Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced  Soft Skills Trainer  to join our team at  GLA University, Greater Noida . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing soft skills training programs aimed at enhancing students' interpersonal and communication abilities. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to create an engaging and impactful learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery :
Conduct soft skills training sessions, workshops, and seminars for students on topics such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
Curriculum Development :
Design and develop engaging course materials, learning modules, and assessments that align with the university's educational objectives and students' personal development needs.
Needs Assessment :
Conduct surveys and assessments to understand the specific skill gaps of students and tailor the training programs accordingly.
Interactive Learning :
Use a variety of training techniques, including role-playing, group discussions, simulations, case studies, and practical exercises to engage students effectively.
Performance Evaluation :
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through student feedback, assessments, and observations. Provide post-training support to ensure students apply the skills learned.
Collaboration :
Work closely with academic departments to integrate soft skills training into the overall curriculum and ensure alignment with career services, placements, and overall student development.
Research & Development :
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in soft skills development and incorporate these innovations into training programs.

Knowledge of various soft skills development tools and techniques.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Certification in Soft Skills or Personal Development is a plus.
Previous experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong command over English and Hindi, both written and spoken.

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an academic setting.
Experience working with diverse student groups and in designing customized training programs.
