sAbout the Rol
eWe're looking for a proactive intern to support our Study Abroad programs and learner lifecycle. You'll work closely with students and internal teams to ensure a smooth journey from application to program completion, while gaining hands-on exposure to the international education ecosystem
.Key Responsibilitie
sCoordinate with learners, counselors, and internal teams for smooth program deliver
yEngage with enrolled students via calls, emails, and webinar
sManage learner journey: onboarding, documentation, application tracking, and follow-up
sHandle learner queries and ensure timely communication at every stag
eWork on projects like learner experience improvement, application and visa process optimizatio
nTrack learner progress and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentation
sRequired Skills & Qualification
