Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Noida. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process by maintaining strong communication, delivering accurate program information, and providing exceptional customer support. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, facilitating smooth enrollment experiences, and achieving enrollment goals. The Admissions Counselor will also collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless journey for prospective students.

Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage with prospective students and stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in Customer Service to provide a positive and supportive experience for students throughout the admission process.
Sales skills, including persuasive communication and the ability to meet enrollment targets.
Experience and knowledge in the Education domain to understand student needs and program offerings effectively.
Highly organized, motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with prior experience in admissions or a related field being an advantage.
