Job Summary  We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Admission Counselor to manage the end-to-end student admission process. The role involves counselling prospective students and parents, driving enrolments, and ensuring a smooth and professional admission experience.

Key Responsibilities   Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities
Handle walk-in enquiries, inbound/outbound calls, and digital leads effectively
Conduct personalized counselling sessions to help students choose suitable courses
Achieve and exceed admission and conversion targets
Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for seamless admissions
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
Build strong relationships with students and parents to improve satisfaction and retention

Desired Candidate Profile   Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
4–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales
Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills
Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
High level of professionalism, responsibility, and accountability
