The Freelance Teacher Trainer will be responsible for conducting teacher training workshops, building school partnerships, securing workshop bookings, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective teacher training workshops.
Build and maintain partnerships with schools.
Secure workshop bookings independently through networks.
Provide feedback to enhance training content and delivery.
Travel within designated cities for sessions.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a teacher trainer.
Strong workshop facilitation and motivational speaking skills.
Deep understanding of pedagogy and classroom management.
Knowledge of Indian and international curricula/boards.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
