Grade: 11th & 12th – UP & Bihar Board (Hindi/English Medium) + CUET

Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Delivery:
Conduct interactive and engaging Business Studies classes for students of Class 11th and 12th from UP & Bihar Boards (Hindi and English Medium), along with CUET preparation sessions.
Content & Curriculum Development:
Prepare structured lesson plans, student-friendly class notes, MCQs, and book content aligned with board and CUET syllabi.
Student Mentorship:
Mentor students to build concept clarity, improve answer writing, and develop effective exam strategies for both board exams and CUET.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business Studies, Commerce , or related field (preferred from a reputed institution).
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
Prior experience in CUET coaching is an added advantage.
Must have strong command over subject matter in both Hindi and English medium .
Proficiency in online teaching tools, digital content creation, and use of technology in education.
Skills &
Competencies:
Excellent classroom communication and explanation skills.
Ability to handle bilingual classes (Hindi and English).
Familiarity with digital platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and LMS systems.
Team-oriented and willing to work in a dynamic academic setup.
