Lead Conversion:
Respond to inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins), follow up with prospective students, and assist them from initial interest through final enrollment.
Application Assistance:
Guide students through application forms, review submitted documents for accuracy, and ensure all institutional eligibility norms are met.
Information Sessions:
Organize and conduct campus tours, orientation programs, and informational webinars to showcase institution facilities and course benefits.
Data Management:
Track inquiries and application progress by updating and maintaining accurate student data within the organization's CRM database.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with academic departments and management to stay updated on curriculum changes, fee structures, and admission deadlines.
