Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site 3D Faculty role based in Noida. The 3D Faculty member will deliver classroom and lab sessions on 3D fundamentals, modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, rendering, and related topics using industry-standard software. Responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, demonstrating techniques step by step, guiding learners through assignments, and providing constructive feedback on projects and showreels.

The role involves mentoring learners on best practices, troubleshooting technical issues during practical sessions, and ensuring that learners follow production-ready workflows. The faculty member will also support curriculum updates, participate in internal reviews, coordinate assessments, and contribute to workshops, events, and portfolio showcases.
Qualifications
Strong 3D production skills in areas such as modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, and rendering, using industry-standard tools (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar).
Ability to explain complex 3D concepts clearly, design structured lesson plans, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
Experience guiding learners or junior artists through project work, providing feedback, and supporting portfolio and showreel development.
Solid understanding of animation and VFX pipelines, file management, and production-ready workflows.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills, with a collaborative, learner-centric approach.
Relevant academic background in Animation, Fine Arts, Design, Multimedia, or a related field; professional certification in 3D or related software is an advantage.
Prior teaching, training, or studio experience in 3D animation or related domains is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong portfolios.
Ability to work on-site in Noida and contribute to institute activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry interactions.
