Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on aptitude (quantitative, logical, verbal reasoning), group discussions, personal interviews, and resume building .
Develop and deliver soft skills modules covering communication, presentation, body language, teamwork, and professional etiquette.
Organize and simulate mock interviews, GDs, and aptitude tests to build confidence and industry readiness.
Identify skill gaps and customize training content to meet the placement requirements of various companies.
Guide students in preparing professional resumes, cover letters, and Linked In profiles .
Coordinate with the placement cell to understand recruiter requirements and design relevant training programs.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback, mentoring, and counseling for improvement.
Stay updated on current industry trends, recruitment patterns, and employability skills.
Collaborate with faculty and placement officers for pre-placement talks, workshops, and skill development initiatives .
Travelling to different locations or campus as and when the placement process happens.
For meetings & training travelling will be required at our sister campuses and corporate office.
