Job Description & How to Apply Below
3.ai
into
3.ai is India's first Learning Infrastructure Platform. Here, we treat learning very differently — everything is science-backed. We monitor students' biomarkers in real-time — facial expressions, cardiovascular parameters (SpO2, blood pressure, heart rate) — and adapt the learning experience based on these signals. The result: learning isn't surface-level but relies on body markers that ensure actual knowledge transfer. Being AI-first, learning on into3 is hyper-personalised and unmatched in depth.
Why This Role Exists
You'll build and manage into3's student community — Student Captains (1 per partner school), Whats App school groups, daily engagement content, challenges, and community-driven growth. In Tier 2/3 India, peer recommendations drive adoption. You're the heartbeat of that.
What You'll Actually Do (Not Corporate Fluff)
Week 1:
• Understand the Student Captain program: 1 captain per school, Founding Captain badge, Whats App group coordinator, into3 ambassador
• Design the "Student Captain Starter Kit":
Welcome message, weekly challenge templates, Blob content packs, how-to-share guides
• Set up Whats App Community structure:
Master community + individual school groups. Plan the first week's engagement content.
• Attend the event prep meetings — you need to know every school and captain personally
First Month:
• Event day :
Meet every Student Captain in person. Take photos. Add them to Whats App. Build the personal connection that makes them loyal.
• Launch daily community engagement:
Morning motivation from Blob, afternoon study tips, evening challenge/quiz, night "how was your study session?" check-in
• Run the first community challenge: "7-Day Streak Challenge" — students who study 7 days straight on into3 get featured on the leader board + Blob shoutout
• Collect student testimonials and parent reviews — video testimonials from real students are the most powerful conversion tool for other parents
• Drive free-to-paid conversion: "Your free Premium from the event expires in 2 weeks. Here's what you'll lose..." — create urgency through FOMO, not pressure
• Monitor community sentiment:
If students complain about a bug, report it instantly. If parents ask about data privacy, respond with our DPDP compliance messaging.
Ongoing:
• Scale the Student Captain program:
Train new captains as more schools join. Weekly captain call/challenge.
• Run weekly/monthly community events:
Quiz nights, Blob birthday (yes, Blob has a birthday), subject challenges, inter-school friendly competitions
• Amplify UGC:
Repost student content with permission. Feature parent testimonials. Create "Student of the Week" spotlights.
• Build parent community:
Separate Whats App groups for parents — share RTAE insights ("students focus best at 9:30 PM"), study tips, exam prep advice
The Person We're Looking For
Someone who's built a community from scratch — not managed an existing one with 50K members, but started with 0 and grew it to 1000+ through hustle and genuine connection. You know that the first 100 members are the hardest and the most important.
You write like a student, not like a brand. Your Whats App messages sound like they came from a friend, not a corporate account. You use Hinglish naturally, know when to send a meme vs a motivational quote, and understand that a 15-year-old in Lucknow cares about exam scores, not "learning outcomes."
You're online all the time (within reason). Community management isn't a 9-to-6 job. If a student posts a win at 10 PM, you congratulate them. If a parent has a concern at 7 AM, you respond before breakfast. You're the always-on heartbeat of the community.
Must Have
• Experience managing Whats App groups or communities (school groups, college groups, hobby groups, brand communities — anything real with real engagement)
• Natural Hinglish communicator — your texts don't sound like marketing copy. They sound like a 22-year-old friend.
• Understand student life:
Exam pressure, teacher dynamics, parent expectations, competitive stress, social hierarchies in schools. You were a student recently enough to remember how it feels.
• High energy and genuinely caring — community…
