1. End-to-End Sales Ownership
Take complete ownership of the student lifecycle from lead qualification to final enrollment and fee payment. Counsel students and parents on international education pathways, program selection, career outcomes, eligibility, APS, visa process, and admissions.
2. Daily Calling & Counseling KPIs
Manage daily outreach activities including inbound and outbound calls, Whats App follow-ups, and virtual counseling sessions (VCs). Achieve defined KPIs related to:
- Calls connected
- Counseling sessions conducted
- Follow-ups completed
- Applications generated
- Enrollments achieved
3. Student Conversion & Revenue Targets
Drive monthly enrollment and revenue targets through strong consultative selling and relationship management. Maintain healthy conversion ratios across:
- Lead → Counseling
- Counseling → Application
- Application → Enrollment
4. Application & Student Journey Management
Guide students through the complete admission journey including profile evaluation, documentation, APS guidance, university application support, and onboarding coordination while ensuring high-quality student experience and ethical counseling practices.
5. CRM Management, Reporting & Collaboration
Maintain accurate CRM updates, track student interactions and sales pipeline, prepare daily/weekly performance reports, and collaborate closely with marketing, admissions, and operations teams to improve lead quality, conversions, and overall business performance.
